Since I’m a team of one, we don’t have formal “brand values” the way big companies do. But I try my hardest to make sure everything I send out reflects what I believe in:

I still answer DMs. I still pack orders. I still design with the person on the other side of the screen in mind. I don’t want Em John to feel like a faceless brand. I want it to feel like a conversation — and a colorful one at that.
