Safety + Financial Smarts
Carrying a cute wallet doesn’t mean you can’t be smart about what’s in it. These are a few things I always keep in mind:
- Turn on charge alerts with your bank so you can catch any sketchy activity right away.
- Use a credit card, not a debit card — it gives you better protection against fraud and doesn’t put your bank account directly at risk.
- Share your location with a friend when you’re out alone, traveling, or heading to a big event. It takes two seconds and adds an extra layer of safety, especially if your wallet (and phone) ever go missing.
