aka Em John—founded this brand with nothing but a pile of homemade bracelets, an ambitious idea, and a lot of heart. What started as a college side hustle quickly turned into a full-blown small business powered by color, charm, and hustle. She still runs the whole show from NYC while working full-time at her 9-5.
Every new product concept, every color decision, every Instagram caption—it’s all Em. As Creative Director, she’s the one dreaming up new collections, styling shoots, curating colors, and making sure everything you see and feel from Em John has a point of view (and a pop of fun)..
Inventory? Shipping? Customer emails morning, noon and night? Em’s on it. As COO, she makes sure every order gets made, packed, and delivered—with love and precision. It’s a lot of spreadsheets, a lot of packing slips and shipping labels, and a lot of very detailed to-do lists.
From initial sketches to sourcing just the right color or shade of leather, Em leads the design of every piece in every collection. If you’ve ever opened a package and felt like it was so you—that’s no accident. Em obsesses over the little details so you don’t have to.
